USER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the website of the Internet resource mw2.global, located at reg1.mw2.global and to all relevant websites linked to the website reg1.mw2.global.

1.2. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the Internet resource website “reg1.mw2.global” (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site represented by Martynov, Mikhail Sergeyevich.

1.3. The site administration reserves the right to change, add or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.

1.4. Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and changes made to this Agreement.

1.5. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes.

2. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

2.1. The following terms have the following meaning for the purposes of this Agreement:

2.1.1. An Internet resource located at reg1.mw2.global that operates through the Internet resource and related services.

2.1.2. Internet resource – a site containing information about online games, online game servers located on the Internet.

2.1.3. The user of the Internet resource website (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.

2.1.4. The content of the Internet resource website (hereinafter referred to as the Content) is the protected results of intellectual activity, including the texts of literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works with or without text, graphic, text, photographic, derivative, composite and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademark names, logos, computer programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, selection, coordination, appearance, general style and arrangement of this Content, which is part of the Site and other objects of intellectual property, all together and/or separately, contained on the Internet resource website.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. This Agreement governs the terms under which the User is granted access to the Internet resource, including all Goods, services, and materials available on the Site (hereinafter - the “Site”).

3.1.1. The Site provides the User with the following types of services:

• access to electronic content at website with the ability to purchase (download) and view such content;
• access to search and navigation tools of the Site;
• utilization of all tools and services provided on the Site;
• other services, including paid services, provided on the pages of the Site.

3.1.2. This Agreement applies to all existing services on the Site, as well as any modifications, enhancements, or additional services that may be introduced in the future.

3.2. Access to the Site is provided free of charge, except for services explicitly designated as paid.

3.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the terms herein.

3.4. Use of the materials and services of the Site is governed by the laws of the United States, including federal and applicable state laws.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. Rights of the Site Administration:

4.1.1. To modify the rules for using the Site and its content. Changes take effect upon posting the revised Agreement on the Site.

4.1.2. To restrict or suspend access to the Site if the User violates this Agreement.

4.1.3. To modify fees for services, with changes not affecting Users who have already registered, except where expressly provided by the Site Administration.

4.1.4. To collect, analyze, use, and share information about the User, including personal data, usage data, and any actions taken on the Site, in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

4.1.5. To use cookies and similar technologies for the collection, processing, and storage of information, including through advanced tracking technologies compliant with U.S. law.

4.2. Rights of the User:

4.2.1. To access and use the Site and its services.

4.2.2. To purchase Goods or utilize services offered on the Site.

4.2.3. To use the Site solely for purposes allowed under this Agreement and in compliance with U.S. federal and state laws.

4.3. Obligations of the User:

4.3.1. Provide additional information upon request of the Site Administration, as necessary to receive services.

4.3.2. Respect the intellectual property rights of authors and other rights holders.

4.3.3. Refrain from actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the Site.

4.3.4. Avoid disclosing confidential information regarding individuals or entities protected under U.S. law.

4.3.5. Not using the Site to distribute advertising or promotional content without the consent of the Site Administration.

4.3.6. Not post content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, promotes violence, discrimination, false information, or incites unlawful acts.

4.3.7. Not impersonating another person, entity, or representative without legal authority.

4.3.8. Not provide misleading information regarding the properties or characteristics of any Product or service on the Site.

4.4. Prohibited Actions:

4.4.1. Using automated or manual methods to gain unauthorized access to the Site.

4.4.2. Disrupting the operation of the Site.

4.4.3. Circumventing the Site’s navigation or security structures.

4.4.4. Gaining unauthorized access to Site functions or connected networks.

4.4.5. Violating authentication or security procedures.

4.4.6. Tracking or attempting to trace information about other Users without authorization.

4.4.7. Using the Site for any unlawful purpose under U.S. federal or state Delaware law.

5. USE OF THE SITE

5.1. The Site and its content are owned and operated by the Site Administration.

5.2. Content may not be copied, published, or distributed without written consent from the Site Administration.

5.3. Content is protected under copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws of the United States.

5.4. Some services require creation of a user account.

5.5. The User is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity conducted through the account.

5.6. Users must immediately notify the Site Administration of unauthorized use of their account.

5.7. The Site Administration may terminate User accounts at its discretion.

5.8. This Agreement governs all terms related to the purchase of Goods and services on the Site.

5.9. Information posted on the Site does not constitute a modification of this Agreement.

5.10. The Site Administration reserves the right to modify the list of Goods, services, and pricing without prior notice.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. The User is liable for any losses resulting from violation of this Agreement or unauthorized access to other Users’ accounts.

6.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for:

• delays or failures caused by force majeure, telecommunications, or technical systems;
• actions or delays of payment systems, banks, or transfer services;
• failure of the User’s technical means;
• content accuracy on the Site.

6.3. Users are solely responsible for their interpretation and use of Site content.

7. VIOLATIONS

7.1. The Administration may disclose User information to investigate suspected violations.

7.2. Information may also be disclosed to comply with U.S. law or court orders.

7.3. Access may be blocked in case of violations or technical issues.

7.4. The Administration is not liable for access termination due to User violations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Parties must attempt voluntary resolution before pursuing legal action.

8.2. The recipient of a claim must respond within 30 calendar days.

8.3. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under state Delaware arbitration laws.

8.4. Claims must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counterproposals from Users regarding changes to this Agreement.

9.2. User reviews and feedback are non-confidential and may be used by the Site Administration without limitation.
